Shakira has enlisted the help of Rauw Alejandro for her upcoming release, titled “Te Felicito.”
The news of my new single #TeFelicito with Rauw Alejandro is finally out! I’m thrilled to share the cover art, where we’re both rocking metallic outfits. This marks our first collaboration, and I can’t wait for you all to see the futuristic music video. Stay tuned for the premiere on Friday, April 22nd!
In a recent social media post, Shak, known for her collaborations with Puerto Rican artists like Anuel AA, Residente, and Pedro Capo, urged her fans to pre-save her new song on Spotify, Apple, and Deezer to be one of the first to hear it.
Her latest song, “Te Felicito,” comes after the release of her EDM hit “Don’t Wait Up” in summer 2021, which was well-received by Billboard readers. Currently, she serves as an executive producer on NBC’s “Dancing With Myself,” where she also judges alongside Nick Jonas and actress Liza Koshy.
Meanwhile, Rauw is gearing up to conclude his 2022 tour on April 24 at San Jose’s SAP Center. He is currently promoting his newest single “Museo,” featured on his album Trap Cake, Vol. 2. This track has propelled him to his fourth top 10 hit on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart, debuting at No. 6 on the list dated March 12.
“Congratulations” by Shakira and Rauw Alejandro has achieved a 7x PLATINUM certification in Spain for exceeding 420,000 units sold in the country.
